My baby dog is a rescue who still, at the age of 8, presents with anxiety. Because of this, I have a hard time leaving him in the care of groomers, sitters and dog walkers. The level of patience and care that Summar provided for Ché is unmatched. I appreciated her check-ins and daily reports, as well as the photos she sent after each walk. She also followed his routine carefully and took her time. I look forward to working with Summar in the future.
We loved having Summar take care of our dog, Gracie, in our home. She sent regular text updates with pics of the two of them playing, cuddling, and going on walks. Gracie took to Summar right away and really seemed to enjoy herself even though we were away. We will definitely book Summar again when we need a pet sitter!
For two years before we moved from the DC metro area, Summar provided exceptional overnight care for our five cats, managing their special diets, medication regimens, and feeding routines with meticulous attention to detail. Her care gave us peace of mind, knowing our pets were in loving, capable hands, and she formed a bond with each of them that we will always cherish. She also made sure we knew the kitties were safe and happy, checking in regularly, and answering all our questions from afar. Beyond ensuring our cats felt safe and loved, Summar also maintained our home in pristine condition, allowing us to return to a tidy and welcoming space every time. We absolutely trusted Summar with our kitties and in our home. If we ever move back to DC, we’ll be asking her to watch over our furry family first thing!

Summar is completely wonderful. She is kind, responsible, flexible, considerate, and communicative. All important things when leaving my animals in someone's care. Summar has cared for my dogs - all of which have varying personality quirks - and my cat. She's provided daily medication and frequent updates throughout her stay. I have felt so comfortable leaving the cre in her care as well as leaving my home in her care. She's wonderful and I trust her implicitly.
